Setup General

The General section contains high-level tenant configuration settings and license information. Administrators can customize the look and feel of the platform and manage key branding options.

How to Configure

  1. Select your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Setup.
  3. In the left pane, select General.

System Configuration and Licensing

This section displays read-only system-level details:

  • Instance ID
  • Domain
  • License Type
  • # of Licensed Users
  • Log Retention
  • License Expiration

Editable Fields

  • Title: Name of the environment (displayed in the UI).
  • Login Banner: Message shown to users upon login (e.g., disclaimers, alerts).
  • Classification Level: System classification tag shown in the global banner.
  • Banner Color: Sets the banner color to match classification or theme.
  • Footer Style: Choose Large (with RegScale links) or Minimal.
  • Currency: Sets the currency symbol across cost-related fields.
  • Company/Organization Logo: Upload a custom logo to replace the RegScale icon.

Changes in this section apply globally to all users across the tenant.
