Multi-Tenancy

Multi-Tenancy allows you to manage isolated environments (tenants) in a single RegScale instance. Each tenant is logically separated with its own users, settings, and data. Only available in the Enterprise Edition.

Setup Instructions

  1. Log in using the Global Admin (break glass) account.

  2. Navigate to:
    https://{yourDomain}/admins/tenants
    If redirected elsewhere:

    • Click your username (top right)
    • Select Configuration

  3. On the Tenant Management page:

    • Click Create New to add a new tenant.
    • Enter the tenant details and save.
    • Click View to edit existing tenants.

  4. After creating a tenant:

    • Create the first Administrator for that tenant.
    • Log out of the Global Admin account.
    • Use the new Admin account for all future actions in that tenant.

⚠️

The Global Admin has limited permissions and should only be used for tenant creation and initial setup.
