What is it?

A program is a coordinated set of activities or projects aimed at achieving strategic objectives and delivering value to stakeholders. Common synonyms for programs might include:

Why would you use it?

Programs are commonly used to coordinate collections of projects/activities and for risk modeling. There are many reasons to perform program management which include:

How do I use it?
