Logs and Utilization
Logs
The Logs section allows administrators to view and analyze system error data across time.
How to Use
- Select your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Setup.
- In the left pane, select Logs.
Features
- Error Count by Month: Displays a monthly error volume chart.
- Toggle Views: Switch between chart and tabular views using the icon in the top-right corner of the graph.
- Error Details:
- Select View to see full error text.
- Select Copy to copy the error content for troubleshooting or support.
Utilization
The Utilization section provides insight into user activity, platform usage, and system resource consumption.
Tabs
- Access Logs: View logins, active users, monthly activity, and admin status.
- Analytics: Review usage trends by month, including login volume and system events.
- SQL Storage: Displays database storage consumption per table, including row counts and size in MB.
How to Use
- Select your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Setup.
- In the left pane, select Utilization.
Actions
- Filter Dates: Use Start Date and End Date to filter access logs.
- View Logins: Review login and activity data per user.
- 24-Hour Filter: Use the Last 24 Hours Only option to focus on recent activity.
- Export Data: Select Download to export access logs as an
.xlsx
file.
Use this data to assess adoption, investigate issues, or report on usage metrics.
