Setup Theming and Branding

Theming and branding allow partners and customers to set up RegScale to match their organization’s identity. These features enable quick deployment of branded compliance platforms without requiring code changes. Common use cases include managed security service providers (MSSPs), system integrators (SIs), and cyber advisory firms delivering consistent, tailored user experiences while maintaining control over visual presentation.

Setup Custom Logo

1. Select your profile icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Setup.
3. Select the General tab.
4. Select Save.

Set Up the Footer

1. Select your profile icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Setup.
3. Select the General tab.
4. In Footer Style, choose one of the following:
   • Large – Displays the standard RegScale footer with branding and links.
   • Small – Minimizes the footer and removes standard RegScale branding.
5. Select Save.

Set Up Email Templates

1. Select your profile icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Setup.
3. Select the Email tab.
4. In the Email Template field, add your custom HTML:
   • Place header content above {{ body }}.
   • Place footer content below {{ body }}.
5. Select Save.

Set Up a Custom Color Theme

1. Select your profile icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Setup.
3. Select the Theming tab.
4. Under Color Palette, select Custom.
5. Select a color for each theme element.

RegScale supports three theming options:

• General – Controls the primary color palette used throughout the application.
• Performance Status – Updates colors for elements like Control Implementation Status.
• Issues (POA&M) Status – Defines color behavior for issue records based on status.
