History Subsystem

The History Subsystem provides an audit log of all actions taken on a record, including views, edits, comments, prints, and emails.

Suggest Edits

View History

  1. Open a record and go to Subsystem > History.
  2. Review the table for all recorded events.
  3. Use the filters to search by User or Event Type.
  4. Click Show Visualization to see access trends over time.
