Stakeholders Subsystem

The Stakeholders Subsystem allows you to associate people or organizations with a record for accountability and communication.

Add a Stakeholder

  1. Open a record and go to Subsystem > Stakeholders.
  2. Click Create New.
  3. Fill in at minimum:
    • Name (required)
    • Title (required)
  4. Optional fields:
    • Type
    • Short Name
    • Phone
    • Email
    • Address
    • Other ID
    • Notes
  5. Click Add to save.

Stakeholders are listed in a searchable table and can be updated or removed as needed.
