Certain items of software and content may be provided to RegScale customers with the RegScale platform and are subject to third party proprietary licenses (“Third Party Material”). These Third Party Materials are not subject to the terms and conditions of the RegScale license agreement(s). Instead, each item of Third Party Material is licensed under the terms of the end-user license that accompanies such Third Party Material.
