Slack/Teams Integration

This page contains information to assist our customers with utilizing the Slack and Teams integration in RegScale. It describes what it is, why you would use it, the benefits, and provides instructions on getting started.

What is it?

Compliance professionals are used to collaborating with each other in platforms such as Slack and Teams. With RegScale Enterprise Edition (EE), we bring compliance related conversations into a channel within your Slack or Teams collaboration platform, allowing you to:

  • Check in with a colleague on the status of a task, issues, assessments, you name it.
  • Get notified when records change in the system that you're interested in.

Why would you use it?

Instead of waiting for an email, you can now bring compliance related conversations directly to you:

  • Subscribe to records to get notified when changes occur that you're interested in
  • @mention colleagues to ensure people know you're asking them a question

What are the benefits?

RegScale Enterprise Edition's (EE) Slack and Teams integration allows customers to:

  • Reduce the need to reference multiple platforms to have compliance related conversations
  • Reduce the risk of missing deadlines
