Generate an export populated with data from a given security plan.

POST https://{baseUrl}/api/exports/GenerateExport/{exportId}/ForSecurityPlan/{sspId}

The export is generated in the Files subsystem for the security plan.
The export is currently limited to assets, issues, and worksheet templates.
A process log of the export is also generated in the Files subsystem.
