What is it?

Questionnaires are a mechanism for collection structured data via questions that help with evaluating or assessing compliance or risk.

Why would you use it?

Questionnaires are commonly used to support risk and compliance programs. There are many reasons to use quesionnaires which include:

• Providing for attestation of compliance with a set of requirements/controls
• Collecting risk data from vendors, partners, and other stakeholders
• Supporting data calls for audits and assessments

What are the benefits?

A questionnaire system results in multiple benefits for an organization; to include:

• Reducing labor costs to collect audit support information
• Collecting attestation information from vendors and support contractors
• Reducing risk by collecting timely and accurate information to make decisions

How do I use it?

The case module in RegScale Enterprise Edition (EE) provides a number of key features that are useful in managing a robust program, to include:

• Dynamic form builder to drag and drop questions and order then in the UI
• Tools for scheduling and tracking questionnaires
• Tracking the questionnaire through its lifecycle from scheduling, to completing, to rollup reporting
• Relating questionnaires to contracts, audits, and risks assessments

• Assigning ownership of the questionnaire and response actions for accountability
• Real-time tracking and dashboards for visualizing progress
• Social collaboration via our News Feed (LinkedIn for Compliance) and real-time commenting system

• Integration with Microsoft Teams and Slack for real-time collaboration
