Release Overview

• Release Name: ROH Hotfix Release.
• Release Type: Hotfix.
• Release Number: 6.35.0.1

Purpose

RegScale Orchestration Hub (ROH) enables organizations to automate the import and export of data between RegScale and external systems through configurable integrations and commands.

This hotfix release keeps the features of 6.35.0.0. For the stability of current customer deployments, classic integration jobs go back to the previous CLI engine. The recent changes to the CLI engine move to an upcoming release. This release also updates the web server and the Python dependencies to versions that fix known vulnerabilities.

What's Changed

• Classic integration jobs use the earlier CLI engine. The recent CLI engine changes are reverted and move to an upcoming release. Next Gen jobs do not use the CLI and do not change.

Maintenance and Updates

• Updated web server. The application image now ships nginx 1.30.6 from nginx.org. The earlier image shipped the operating system nginx build, which contains known vulnerabilities that its vendor does not fix.
• Updated Python dependencies. This release updates several Python dependencies, including aiohttp, pillow, certifi, filelock, graphql-core, virtualenv, mako and OpenTelemetry, to versions that fix known vulnerabilities.

Deployment Notes

• Upgrade all Orchestration Hub containers. The changes are in both the application image and the worker image. Upgrade every Orchestration Hub container to 6.35.0.1.
• The CLI items in the previous release's Deployment Notes no longer apply. After you upgrade, review the classic jobs that you changed for them. If a classic job does not run, contact RegScale support.

No other configuration change is required.
