# Resetting Default System Labels

## Resetting Default System Labels

The Reset to Defaults capability reverts Custom System Labels back to the default RegScale configuration across the entire application.

1. Navigate to [Custom System Labels](https://regscale.readme.io/v5.27.2/docs/custom-system-labels#navigating-to-custom-system-labels).
2. Click the **Reset to Defaults** button in the top-right corner of the Custom System Labels pane.
3. Click **OK** to confirm resetting all custom labels to the system defaults.

Note: The reset to defaults will apply to all configurations for Custom System Labels.
